A Feminist History

In ten thematic, chronological sections, Tate Modern curator Emma Lewis explores the vital role woman artists have played in shaping the ever-evolving medium of photography. Leis has comolied work from more than 200 different women and non binary photograohers along with short essays on 75 different artists, many informed by her interviews with the subject. This commission by the Tate was a dream for the studio and embraced for putting women front and centre.
